 The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the general public that the online admissions portal for the 2023 nursing training forms is Officially out.



 Therefore applications are invited from qualified candidates for entry into any of the Public Health Training Institutions in Ghana.



The Nursing Training forms for the academic year is officially out for sale.


How much is nursing training forms?


Purchase applications codes from any Agricultural Development Bank(ADB) or Ghana Commercial Bank(GCB) branch for Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh¢200.00)


How To Fill Nursing Training Forms?


Begin the application process purchasing application codes from any Agricultural Development Bank or Ghana Commercial Bank branch at a cost.

After making payment at the bank,you will be given a voucher with unique Pin and Serial Number.

Then visit

https://healthtraining.gov.gh

Afterwards,enter the PIN code and Serial given to you at the bank to begin filling the Nursing and Training College Application Forms online.

Follow the detailed instructions carefully and fill the relevant stages of the admission forms.

After filling the Nursing Training Application Forms online,you can use the PIN and Serial Number to track the status of admission.


About Nursing Training Forms?


All purchased vouchers are valid up to August if not used.

No postage envelopes are required as all correspondence will be via SMS or E-mail.

Hence, upon payment,applicants will receive a voucher giving them a unige PIN and Serial Number.

Have a dedicated phone number and a personal valid E-mail address for all correspondence.[ Please NOTE: Do not use an email address of relations]

In addition,you will need your residential and Ghana Post Digital Address.

Use the PIN code and Serial Number to Access the application form online.

All qualified applicants will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the school of choice.
